The Association of Sri Lankan Students in Pakistan (ASSP) Sindh Chapter, along with the Sri Lankan Community in Sindh in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Consulate General in Karachi organized an Iftar on Saturday, 8th April 2023 at the Consulate General premises.
The program comprised the Iftar (breakfast), prayers, a special sermon by a Sri Lankan scholar, dinner, and speeches including those of the Sri Lanka Consul General in Karachi Jagath Abeywarna & the President of ASSP Abdul Thawwab Ishaque.
Around 200 Sri Lankans and invited Pakistanis participated in the event.
