Deactivation of the online visa application process.
This is to inform the general public that the official Sri Lankan website for applying for a visa to Sri Lanka www.srilankaevisa.lk has been temporarily deactivated due to administrative issues.
Meanwhile, Pakistani citizens who intend to visit Sri Lanka can appoint a representative there and he/she can visit the Department of Emigration and Immigration with all the required documents and apply on behalf of the applicant.
The Department of Emigration and Immigration will rectify the issue and establish the system soon. Further information can be obtained from the Sri Lanka High Commission in Islamabad and the Consulate General in Karachi.
