The Consul General of Sri Lanka in Karachi Mr Jagath Abeywarna had attended the launch of newly built “School of Eye Clinic” Project in Karachi on 27/May/2025.
The Event was inaugurated by Dr, Ruediger Lotz, Consul General of germany in Karachi.
This project is a collaborative initiative between Pakistan Eye Bank Society(PEBS) and the Rotary Club of Heidelberg Schloss, Germany.
The project aims to screen the eyesight of schoolchildren in Karachi and Sindh, ensuring early detection and timely treatment of vision disorders among young students in underserved areas.
